How do I go about reserving an inflatable from you?
You can make your reservation by calling us 7 days a week at 786-277-7891 

or you can inquire about availability by using our Contact Form.  on the contact us page. All reservations are based on availability. Please call us for pricing and availability.

 

What is your reservation Policy?

All reservations with Bounce Mania Party Rental require a 25% Non-Refundable deposit in advance to secure a reservation. If a cancellation is made due to inclement weather, the deposit may be used for future bookings, but it will not be refunded. In the event of bad weather or a hurricane we will contact you to reschedule your reservation. All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event start time.

 

Delivery?

Delivery charged based on where the event is located. Call us for prices outside the delivery area. Each unit will be delivered anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before your party.You will not be billed for this time. You pay for your reserved jump time only.

 

Payment Options?

The balance due on the day of the event is due at the beginning of your event. at this time a Bounce Mania attendant will present the client with a receipt for the services. Payments must be made in the form of cash or money order. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards when making your reservation. When sending a check , make check payable to

Supervision?

 

Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES. Either by an adult at the party or a Bounce Mania party attentand.We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur during the event if the customer chooses not to hire an attendant. Please ask about and attendant during reservation.

 

Damaged/ Lost/ Stolen

 It is the customers responsability to take care of all rental equiptment and return them in the same condition it was received . If any  of the equiptment is damaged, lost or stolen during the time of your rental. you will be held responsible for full payment to replace or repair items.

 

Cancellation / Rain Policy

Cancellation due to inclement weather must  be made no later  than 48 hours to the time of the event. Once our trucks are en route to the event, full payment is due rain or shine. If rentals are postponed due to bad weather, the 25% non refundable deposit may be applied for future bookings made within 2 months from the date of the cancellation.
